Finance YouTube & Podcast Producer — On-Camera & Editorial

GBI is hiring an experienced producer to drive our YouTube channels and podcasts. You'll drive the editorial engine — booking guests, shaping episodes, and running production end-to-end. On-camera comfort is required; you may occasionally appear on screen, but this is a producer role first. What You'll Do Partner with Anchor to own the content pipeline: episode ideation, guest booking, research, scripting, and scheduling Produce interviews with financial experts and market newsmakers Handle all aspects of recording, editing, and publishing via Riverside and YouTube Studio React quickly to breaking news — pivot lineups, book guests fast Write SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and social copy Collaborate with the social and newsletter teams on distribution Pitch and execute special series and narrative-format episodes Represent your show at industry events as needed What We're Looking For 3+ years producing finance or financial media content Strong understanding of gold, precious metals, and/or real assets Proven ability to book and prepare for high-caliber guest interviews On-camera comfort — you can step in front of the lens when the moment calls for it Proficient in Riverside and YouTube Studio Sharp editorial judgment with strong fact-checking habits Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure To Apply Send a demo reel or work samples to rg@gbi.co and kz@gbi.co , or apply via LinkedIn. #J-18808-Ljbffr
