
Remote Global Internal Communications Specialist

The Role: This role plays a key role in shaping and delivering communications that build employee alignment and engagement, promote business objectives, and elevate leadership priorities. Nurturing and leveraging stakeholder relationships across the business, this role will apply sound judgment to prioritize, plan, and execute high-quality content for a global employee audience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support the development and delivery of internal communications that promote executive priorities, business objectives, employee engagement, and change management.
Draft, edit, format, and send communications across multiple channels (e.g., email newsletters, Viva Engage, digital screens), originating from a range of sources.
Maintain the Internal Communications calendar to optimize message timing and ensure coordinated delivery.
Be a trusted advisor and supporter to key internal stakeholders, providing guidance on content, tone, and timing.
Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to develop thoughtful solutions to their communication needs.
Facilitate the planning and execution of established internal events such as all-hands meetings and strategic updates.
Create SharePoint sites for internal clients and train them on how to upload and maintain content
Act as internal communications support; generating first drafts of event and promotional materials and stories
Send global and regional emails and calendar invites with approval from Sr Dir, Internal Communications or designate; provide meeting management support for Quarterly Strategy Updates and other events as asked
What You’ll Bring:
Education/ Certifications/ Experience
Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields, corporate communications, marketing, English, or a related field
4+ years relevant experience with internal communications, marketing, or other related experience
May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirement
Competencies/ Skills/ Abilities
Strong writing/editing skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital communication platforms (e.g., Canva, Stripo)
Strong interpersonal skills and experience partnering with diverse internal stakeholders
Experience with distributed teams and ability to function independently
Potential to learn long-term, strategic planning
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Well organized, both in focus on daily activities and work product output
Understands the importance of presenting clear and concise data for ease of understanding by management
Strong ability to initiate, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
Uncompromising ethics and urge to challenge the status quo for continuous improvement

Work Environment:
A majority of our employees work remotely or in hybrid roles and we have locations across the country and around the globe.
This role is expected to travel 5% of the time.

The target pay range for this position is $63,000-90,000.
In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the pay range above represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
