Graphic Designer Professional 9 days ago Requisition ID: 1142 The Republican National Committee is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate has a passion for graphic design and politics – eager to shape the visual identity for the Republican Party and its stakeholders. The graphic design team is responsible for creating a variety of digital content supporting fundraising, GOTV, events, and more. Our ideal candidate is creative, driven, detail-oriented, and can multitask. Curiosity and a self-starter attitude are highly valued in this position. The Graphic Designer is a member of the Digital Team and will report directly to the Digital Marketing Director. This is an in-person position based in Washington, DC. RESPONSIBILITES Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director and other members of the Digital Team to brainstorm concepts and creative programs for fundraising programs, GOTV campaigns, and more. Design high quality graphics, aligned with each entity’s branding and tone as well as the respective project’s objectives. Propose and implement new ideas for timely merchandise and marketing programs. Identify creative campaign concepts and creative themes, developing them from start to finish. Craft and monitor unique creative and copy tests across all fundraising channels, while also proposing new creative tests and solutions. Monitor and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in design, email marketing, and digital fundraising – optimizing and tailoring our content to each audience or theme. Organize incoming requests, ensuring graphics are requested in a timely fashion and align with fundraising programs/topics. Undertake various rapid-response campaigns and long-term projects to support fundraising and political digital teams. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS Desire to carry out the mission of the RNC, which is to elect Republican candidates up and down the ballot 1–5 years’ experience in graphic design, web design, visual design with strength in typography, web design, or social media motion graphics Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools Experience with creating and editing sites on WordPress is a plus but not required Strong organizational (including attention to detail) and project management skills Detail oriented with the ability to multitask, adapt to quick changes and prioritize effectively Prior political experience, or a working knowledge of politics, is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
