With Intelligence is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented reporter to join our award-winning journalism team. This role focuses on covering the activities of private credit and private equity managers across the globe, with an emphasis on generating exclusive and valuable insights that our subscribers rely on.

As a private credit reporter, you will be at the forefront of financial journalism, working closely with industry leaders and gathering intelligence on market trends and performance, and investment strategies. Your role will involve writing compelling stories that not only reflect the current landscape but also anticipate future shifts within the investment community.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, engaging with financial professionals and building a network of contacts that will facilitate your reporting efforts. Regular interviews with key figures such as CIOs and investment strategists will be essential to your work.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce a minimum of four news articles per week, focusing on proprietary intelligence, breaking news, and data-driven insights.

Develop insightful analytical pieces discussing the implications of investment behaviors and market changes.

Conduct high-level interviews with private credit industry experts to gather exclusive insights.

Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts.

Participate in and cover industry events and conferences, representing With Intelligence effectively.

Be part of a respected news team within a growing organization dedicated to delivering integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in journalism, preferably within financial or business reporting.

Strong writing skills with a track record of producing exclusive and engaging news stories.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior industry figures.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stories and deadlines simultaneously.

A proactive and self-starting attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the finance sector.

A degree in journalism, communications, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with the asset management industry is a plus.
