Business Banker
Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking a Business Banker for the Jordan location. This position is responsible for supporting a dynamic lending team for prospecting and developing new client relationships, managing existing client relationships, and use consultative interactions with clients and prospects to identify cross-selling opportunities with our wide range of financial services. The ideal candidate will also be willing to support community efforts. Job Duties New business origination Maintain a book of customers Understand and sell all bank products Network throughout the community Credit underwriting including financial analysis and narrative Desired Skills 4+ Years of Banking Experience (at least three in a business banking environment) Ability and Desire to Originate New Business Listening Skills Sales Skills Customer Service Credit Analysis Ability to Multitask Community Involvement Strong Organization Skills Networking Relationship Management Education Bachelors Degree in a Business-related field Salary range for this role is $65,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience.
