About the Role We are seeking a

dynamic, brand-driven Director of Marketing & Sales

to lead the growth of our

Nutrition Nest , a flagship wellness destination integrating

functional medicine, premium retail, experiential dining, and longevity-focused services .

This role combines

luxury hospitality marketing excellence with strong sales leadership , responsible for building brand awareness, driving revenue, and delivering a world-class guest acquisition and retention strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning (Luxury Wellness Focus)

Develop and execute a

premium brand strategy

aligned with a luxury wellness experience

Position the Nutrition Center as a

destination for longevity, nutrition, and lifestyle transformation

Oversee storytelling, content, and visual identity across all channels

Revenue & Sales Leadership (CORE COMPONENT)

Own

top-line revenue growth

across:

Retail (organic products, supplements)

Experiential dining & grab-and-go

Wellness programs, memberships, and consultations

Build and lead a

sales strategy , including:

In-store conversion optimization

Membership and subscription models

Corporate wellness partnerships

Local and regional B2B outreach

Establish

sales KPIs

(conversion rate, average ticket size, customer lifetime value, membership growth)

Partner with operations to ensure

seamless sales-to-service experience

Pre-Opening & Launch Marketing

Lead

go-to-market strategy

for Nutrition Nest opening

Drive

pre-launch buzz, influencer engagement, and community activation

Execute launch campaigns, events, and partnerships to achieve

strong opening revenue targets

Digital & Performance Marketing

Own all

digital channels : website, SEO, paid media, CRM, email, and social

Drive

customer acquisition and retention

using data-driven strategies

Manage agency partners and internal teams to optimize ROI

Guest Experience & Journey Optimization

Design a

luxury guest journey

from discovery → visit → repeat engagement

Collaborate with operations to ensure

brand consistency and premium experience delivery

Implement loyalty and referral programs

Partnerships & Community Building

Build strategic relationships with:

Wellness practitioners and clinics

Fitness studios and luxury lifestyle brands

Corporate clients and local businesses

Drive

events, workshops, and experiential marketing initiatives

Team Leadership & Budget Management

Build and lead a

high-performing marketing and sales team

Manage

marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and reporting

Present performance insights and growth strategies to leadership

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly and annual

revenue growth

Customer acquisition cost (CAC)

vs lifetime value (LTV)

Conversion rates

(foot traffic → purchase)

Average ticket size

and

membership sales

Digital performance (ROAS, engagement, retention)

Brand awareness and community engagement

Qualifications

8–12+ years in

marketing and sales leadership , preferably in:

Luxury hospitality

Wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands

Premium retail or experiential concepts

Proven track record of

driving revenue growth and brand positioning

Experience with

pre-opening or launching new concepts

(highly preferred)

Strong understanding of

digital marketing and performance analytics

Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
