Graphics & Marketing Associate

The Graphics & Marketing Associate is a key member of the Stellar Edge Marketing Group team. This role is primarily focused on graphic design and digital content production, supporting internal team members and client accounts through high-quality creative execution. This is a non-client-facing role, ideal for someone early in their career who has a strong foundation in design, understands social media platforms, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing environment. Responsibilities Create high-quality graphics for digital and print use, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and marketing materials Execute design projects based on creative direction provided by management and senior team members Adapt designs across multiple brands while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines Develop engaging visual content optimized for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Assist in building and formatting email campaigns using platforms such as MailChimp or Constant Contact Support website and landing page design through layout creation and visual asset production Revise and refine designs based on internal feedback in a timely and efficient manner Work with various printers, package and prepare files for print Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail Produce engaging artwork that aligns with client expectations Manage time effectively to meet or come in under project time allowances Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Stay current on design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate project execution Organize and maintain digital assets and files for easy team access Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field Strong design skills with a solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with social media platforms Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.) preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Self-motivated with willingness to learn and grow Strong communication skills for internal collaboration This role is designed as an entry-level opportunity with a strong emphasis on hands‑on design work and platform execution, not client management.
