Account Manager
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible fordeveloping and maintaining strong customer relationships for Small to Mediumaccounts (Ongoing administration of accounts in accordance with applicable documents, state and federal law, and internal policies and procedures.
Providing primary client contact, proactive communication and consultation, and coordination with external customers.
Manage Account Representatives (CSR's).
Ensuring customer satisfaction through designing and implementing a relationship plan that meets customer needs.
Duties include developing and maintaining client relationships, selling and promoting products and services to existing clients.
Contractual document review, negotiation, and management of PSA activities including periodic review; manage outstanding fee receivables, negotiate the supplement/amendment process.
Demonstrate and maintain a high level of customer focus, and customer commitment and ensure personnel demonstrate and maintain the same.
Participate in in-person client visits.
Participate in closing of deals.

Education
Bachelor's degree, or other technical degree - Preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Preferred

WorkExperience
1-3 years SalesManagement - Preferred
4-6 years Developing,Maintaining Customer Relationships - Required

Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Leadership and Expertise:
Provide leadership and technical guidance organization wide.
Promote a "zero-incident mentality" organization-wide.
Act as the Point of Contact (POC) to ensure good customer communication.

SupervisoryResponsibilities:
Directly manages Account Representatives in multiple locations in accordance with the organization's policies. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
