$80,000 - $87,000 annually Position Overview The Technical Designer will be responsible for ensuring accurate garment specifications and fit standards throughout the product development cycle. This role collaborates closely with design, production, and product development teams to maintain quality and consistency across categories. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities
Create and update technical packages with garment specifications, measurements, and construction details to support accurate production Conduct fit sessions and communicate fit comments clearly to vendors and internal teams for timely revisions Evaluate development samples for fit, construction, and quality to ensure brand standards are met Track fit corrections and ensure revisions are accurately implemented across all product categories Collaborate with design, production, and product development teams throughout the development cycle to maintain alignment Help maintain fit consistency and technical standards across product categories for brand integrity Support calendar deadlines and seasonal deliverables to meet business objectives Required Experience/Skills
4+ years of technical design experience in women’s apparel Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and technical terminology Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for technical sketches and updates Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Experience/Skills
Experience in activewear, athleisure, or performance-driven categories is a plus Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field Benefits and Diversity
