Position Overview

As an Oncology Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving performance within your assigned territory by building relationships, delivering clinical value, and executing a strategic business plan. In this role, you will:

Engage and communicate with physicians and healthcare professionals in support of approved product indications Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan Drive account growth through effective targeting, call planning, and follow-through Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including alliance partners, training, managed markets, marketing, sales operations, advocacy, and medical affairs Qualifications

5+ years

of successful

pharmaceutical

or

biotech

sales experience At least

2 years

of

solid tumor oncology

sales experience Proven track record of strong performance (top rankings, awards, or consistent quota achievement preferred) Highly competitive, driven, and motivated to succeed Strong business planning skills and ability to manage a specialty territory Bonus Potential:

$45K

at plan, with significant upside for top performers Company car provided 401K with strong match LTIP and additional annual compensation for the top 25% performers
