* Bachelor\'s degree required. Business, Architecture, or other relevant discipline. * Fluent English language skills. * 5+ years experience sales/business development in the architectural space, with background nurturing relationships at top architect firms; THIS IS REQUIRED * Strong organizational skills: proficient in CRM (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) for tracking/details/follow-up. * Strategic mindset for long-term nurturing of major accounts, seeing value in meticulous detail; (not pushy/short-term), with experience respecting architects\' design phases/timing (average 1.5-2 years per project). * Comfortable in high-growth environments with entrepreneurial elements (building as we go), but able to stay focused on long-term pipeline amid short-term team excitement. * Ability to work as part of an ambitious team, with a flexible attitude to tasks in support of other team members when required. * Based in southern or western Germany.
