A full-time Senior Interior Designer position is available within our Architecture South group in either the Dallas, TX or Madison, WI office. Responsibilities

Develop unified design concepts by managing the interior design process and document development for federal, airport, and various other projects Coordinate with multi-disciplinary in-house and sub-consultant team members Research, evaluate, and select furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), materials and finishes Mentor less experienced interior design staff Develop presentations that communicate design intent to clients Other tasks as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree (or higher) in interior design, architecture, interior architecture or related field from an accredited college or university At least 8 years of relevant interior design experience NCIDQ certification is required Ideal candidate will have experience in

Developing interiors projects from programming to completion Interior design of aviation and state/federal projects Seeking LEED or WELL certification Selecting appropriate materials for aesthetic, cost, durability, and sustainability reasons Developing scope of work/services, fees, and project specifications Mentoring less experienced interior design staff Revit and/or AutoCAD experience Collaborating and coordinating interior elements with architects and engineers Experience or familiarity with generative AI-driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errors Application & Culture
