motivated Parts Clerk

THE ROLE As a

Parts Representative , you’ll play a key role in serving our customers and keeping our parts department running smoothly. You’ll assist customers with parts and accessories, manage inventory, and help maintain an organized and welcoming environment.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts and accessories they need

Sell parts and/or services to repair problems and meet customer needs

Assist with inventory management, ensuring parts are properly stocked and displayed

Keep the parts department and apparel section clean and organized

Process transactions and perform daily cash counts

Handle ordering and receiving of parts

Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service

THE REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver’s license

Previous

parts clerk experience

(an asset)

Fast learner and quick on your feet

Interest and

knowledge in the powersport industry

Good with computers (experience with POS systems an asset)

Strong

multitasking

and

time management

skills

Organized, personable, friendly, and a good listener
