Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) wanted for Skilled Nursing - Full Time

Responsibilities
Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans
Assist with coordination of care with entire care team
Communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support and other care team members
Must Haves
PTA -Physical Therapist Assistantin the State of Texas
Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care) or Veterans Homeexperience highly preferred
Experience with EMR
Truly cares for people and will go above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care
