About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and oversee all brand, affiliate, paid ad, and CRM marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a substantial marketing budget, directing growth marketing across various channels, and strategically deploying ad spend to meet revenue goals. This role requires a strong focus on KPIs, including CAC, AOV, and LTV, and the ability to anticipate issues, streamline workflows, and build scalable systems to support the company's growth. The Head of Marketing will also be involved in brand storytelling, managing a team of direct reports, and working closely with internal and external partners to execute brand campaigns and produce creative assets. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing for consumer brands, with a proven track record of managing large marketing budgets, particularly in growth marketing. Direct experience with Meta advertising accounts and CRM, including email and text marketing, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a brand-forward thinker with a natural ability to integrate storytelling into communications, and must be adept at prioritizing and leading in a fast-paced environment. A positive, self-motivated, and collaborative attitude is also a key requirement. Experience with Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplaces is a bonus.
