A collective of “monsters” curated and brought together to add firepower to briefs of all kinds, provoke & inspire brand change, and solve problems with new & emerging forms of creativity.

Overview
Le Truc will create a hands‑on immersive experience within our team. A nimble group of emerging advertising students/graduates will be selected to work on real projects for real brands with our creative directors, strategists and producers.
Our internships are designed to give bright, curious individuals the most realistic internship experience available in the advertising industry. All interns are embraced as contributing employees of Le Truc and are expected to do their part to deliver on the big campaignable ideas. Participants work alongside top talent in the industry.
Interns will experience the full life cycle of an agency pitch, and get hands‑on skills in collaboration, problem solving, presentation skills, and work process. They will also gain an understanding of the creative process and the role of each agency discipline.
Responsibilities
Partnering with teams to concept and execute against creative briefs for new and existing clients. Not limited to digital and traditional media.
Collaborate and participate with other members of the creative team to assist in the production and post‑production of existing client deliverables
Participate in client meetings, as well as present to internal teams
Qualifications
Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and conceptual abilities
An ability to make things, not just think about them
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and people skills
To be self‑motivated and proactive
Interest in new and emerging platforms to consider, and an understanding of how to use technology to the advantage of the creative idea
Hunger to learn from the management and executive team, and to be looking for a great place to grow and push creative boundaries

Compensation Range: $16.35/hr.- $24.19/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
