Product Designer, AI Agents for Tax

Tax software is stuck in the ’90s. We’re building agentic AI to automate a $100B+ industry, and we need a designer who can make an autonomous system feel trustworthy, transparent, and fast—and make the professionals who use it actually enjoy the experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

•      Own the end-to-end design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and QA

•      Design review and validation workflows that make AI outputs easy to trust, verify, and correct

•      Build a scalable design system and component library from scratch

•      Run user research with domain experts to map workflows and validate decisions

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

•      4+ years of product design with a portfolio showing complex, data-rich interfaces

•      Strong interaction design chops—you make multi-step workflows feel simple

•      Proficiency in Figma and experience building design systems

•      Comfort in a fast-moving startup where you’re making calls with imperfect information

BONUS POINTS

•      Experience designing around AI/ML: confidence scores, error states, human-in-the-loop flows

•      Background in B2B SaaS for professional or enterprise users

•      Basic frontend skills (HTML/CSS) for prototyping
