A well-capitalized, private E&P company with a diversified non-operated asset base across multiple U.S. basins is looking to add a

Division Order Analyst

to their team in Fort Worth. This is a strong opportunity to join a lean, high-performing group with direct exposure to a broad portfolio of assets and ownership structures.

What you'll be doing:

Set up and maintain division of interest (DOI) decks for non-operated assets across multiple basins

Review and interpret title opinions, leases, assignments, and other ownership documents

Coordinate with operators to validate ownership, revenue distribution, and resolve discrepancies

Maintain owner records, transfers, and deck updates in a timely and accurate manner

Respond to owner inquiries and support internal accounting and land teams

Assist with audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations

What they're looking for:

3+ years of Division Order experience within upstream oil & gas

Strong understanding of non-operated assets and multi-state ownership structures

Ability to read and interpret title opinions and complex ownership documents

Experience working with multiple operators and managing high volumes of data

Proficiency with Excel and industry systems like Quorum

Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
