Prior experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles is a plus
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage inbound client calls with professionalism and efficiency
Provide accurate information and support related to client accounts
Troubleshoot and resolve issues while ensuring a positive client experience
Maintain detailed and compliant records of all client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
