Overview

ITnova is seeking a Technical Writer to develop clear and concise documentation for IT systems, processes, and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Write technical manuals, user guides, and standard operating procedures.


• Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly language.


• Work with engineers and analysts to gather content.


• Maintain version control of documentation.


• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry documentation standards.


• Develop training materials and quick reference guides.


• Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.


• Preferred Certifications: Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC).


• General Experience: Five (5) years in technical writing or documentation.


• Specialized Experience: Three (3) years writing IT system or software documentation.


• Strong skills in MS Office, Adobe, or documentation tools.


• Ability to work closely with technical teams.
