About the Role
This is a hands‑on content creation role sitting within the Global Brand Creative team, focused on bringing the brand's social presence to life through original, platform‑native content. The Content Creator, Social will own the full creative process — concepting, shooting, and editing — across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. Reporting to the Art Director, Social, this role plays a meaningful part in how one of the world's most culturally engaged brands shows up in real time.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end creation of platform‑specific content, including short‑form video and still imagery, optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other active social channels
Concept, shoot, and edit content that captures cultural moments in real time while maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic
Partner with art directors, designers, creative producers, and editors to develop compelling, on‑strategy social content
Experiment with creative formats, storytelling techniques, and interactive content to drive audience engagement
Ensure all content meets platform specs, best practices, and brand standards across every touchpoint
Contribute to brainstorming and pitching fresh content ideas aligned with social strategy, brand goals, and emerging platform trends
Manage multiple projects against timelines, proactively flagging prioritization concerns before they become blockers
Collaborate with the Social Video Editor to ensure edits reflect the intended creative direction and strategic brief
Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and internet culture to inform creative ideation and strategy
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
Proven ability to shoot and edit video content natively for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — including product, value, cultural, and lifestyle‑driven formats
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut
Deep understanding of content formats, specs, and best practices across major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and paid media
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment
Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback across multiple stakeholders and creative iterations
Ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and present ideas with confidence
Experience with motion graphics is an asset
Proficiency in Figma is a plus
