Job description
Istec is looking for a Business Development Sales Executive to drive commercial growth in Germany. In this role, you are responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding relationships with OEMs, system integrators and end users, and positioning Istec as a preferred supplier of vibration and speed monitoring solutions for critical rotating equipment.
You actively develop opportunities in both new projects and installed base upgrades, lead commercial negotiations, and work closely with internal teams to convert market insights into tangible results.
Key responsibilities
Develop and grow the German market with a focus on Western Germany
Acquire new customers and expand existing OEM, integrator and end‑user relationships
Identify and develop sales opportunities in new projects and installed base upgrades
Lead commercial negotiations and close deals within agreed frameworks
Represent Istec at customer meetings, industry events and trade shows
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support lead generation and brand positioning
Your profile
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within an industrial environment
Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and closing capabilities
Affinity with industrial technology and rotating equipment applications
Ability to communicate technical and commercial value clearly
Fluent in German and proficient in English
Willing to travel within Germany
