Circadian Intimates is a local lingerie boutique in Prairie Village, Kansas dedicated to helping women feel comfortable and confident in their bras. We specialize in expert bra fittings, providing a deeply personalized customer experience unlike traditional retail shopping. Position Overview We are seeking an outgoing, socially‑engaged, customer‑focused Social Media Marketing Manager & Sales Associate to join our team. This hybrid role blends digital storytelling with in‑store sales excellence. You will be responsible for growing our social media presence, ideating and delivering unique events, executing a marketing plan to drive in‑store customer visits, and delivering exceptional bra fittings that build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Social Media Marketing Develop and execute a content strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Create and publish engaging content including photos, videos, reels, and stories Serve as the brand voice online—respond to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries Identify and engage in relevant online communities (e.g., Reddit, forums) to drive awareness Collaborate on campaigns, product launches, and promotions Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights Marketing & Community Engagement Plan and execute in‑store events and community activations Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to drive brand awareness Support and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, product launches) Assist in developing marketing calendars and campaign planning Coordinate new product launches, including merchandising, messaging, and promotional strategy Identify grassroots marketing opportunities to grow the customer base Stay ahead of trends in female empowerment, body positivity, and social media marketing Bra Fitting Sales Associate Provide expert bra fittings and personalized styling recommendations Deliver a welcoming and inclusive in‑store experience Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals Ideal Mindset for this Role Wants to multitask and stay busy Enjoys talking with people Proactive go‑getter Goal oriented This is a unique role that requires you to effectively wear multiple hats: conduct bra fittings with customers in-store and manage social media and marketing.
