is seeking a Senior Merchandiser who Specializes in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, moving data from flat files or legacy staging tables into Oracle staging tables for validation.
Based in our Manhattan, New York Headquarters, this role reports directly to the Chief Merchandising Officer.
This executive role is responsible for assortment strategy, inventory performance, and merchandise organization across a multi-location luxury retail business.
The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented merchandising leader who brings strong analytical discipline, structure, and operational rigor.
Core Responsibilities Brand Leadership
Own merchandising strategy and assortment architecture for the assigned brand
Develop seasonal buy plans and manage SKU depth and productivity
Drive sell-through, inventory turns, and margin performance
Partner with retail leadership to optimize product performance
Reorganize and standardize merchandise into clean, scalable data sets
Establish clear SKU hierarchy and product categorization standards
Strengthen reporting visibility and inventory analytics
Partner with internal teams during ongoing ERP enhancements
Support merchandise data accuracy within Oracle and related systems
Contribute to data validation and system alignment as needed
Qualifications
8–15 years of senior merchandising experience, preferably in luxury retail
Experience owning a brand or major category in a multi-location environment
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Advanced Excel and reporting capability
Experience working within Oracle or comparable ERP systems required!
Experience with converting data is required
Ideal Candidate
Luxury jewelry, fashion or timepiece experience preferred!
Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized
Able to bring structure and process to complex merchandise environments
Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
