AI Content Creator Intern

We are looking for an AI Content Creator Intern to turn Specode.ai into a household name for developers. Inspired by the viral trajectories of companies like Lovable and Blaze.tech, this role is about one thing: generating massive organic reach through high-impact short-form content. You won’t just be "managing social media." You will be engineering virality by using the latest AI tools to create content that speaks directly to the developer soul. 100% Remote: Embrace the freedom of working from home. Mentorship: Work directly with our Growth Leads to learn the psychology of "Scroll-Stopping" content and how to bridge the gap between AI tech and viral storytelling. The key characteristics we're looking for: Proven Wins: You have a portfolio of viral or high-performing tech/SaaS content. Show us the numbers. AI Power User: You are already proficient with (or obsessed with) AI video generation and editing tools. The "Dev" Language: You understand the developer audience—what they find funny, what they find useful, and what makes them cringe. Data-Driven: You don’t just "make videos"; you build content systems that convert views into users. Bonus Points: Experience with paid media, a personal following in the tech space, or previous work with brands like Vercel, Supabase, or Webflow. You won’t be making generic content. At Specode.ai, you’ll be translating high-level technical innovation into viral narratives, positioning us as the go-to platform for the next generation of healthcare. Important to know: Since we are fully remote and our team is across the globe, you are expected to interact with different teams and need to be flexible with different time zones. All our team members must overlap at a minimum between 7 AM and 11 AM Pacific Standard Time. This is a 3 month internship with the explicit goal of converting you into a permanent team member at Topflight Apps. Sector Interest: Interest in healthcare, AI, or emerging technologies. Your Responsibilities Include: Produce 10 Viral-Style Videos/Month: Create 30–90 second videos for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn that highlight developer pain points and Specode.ai’s solutions. Master AI Video Tools: Leverage tools like HeyGen, Runway, and Synthesia to produce high-fidelity content. Whether you use AI avatars or real actors, the "hook" is what matters. Lead Distribution & Partnerships: Identify and partner with tech influencers. You’ll build briefing kits, negotiate gifted or revenue-share deals, and manage these relationships to scale our reach. Paid Amplification: Identify which organic videos are performing best and work with the team to scale them through Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads.
