About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Social Clubs to provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership across a multi-unit portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall business performance, including revenue growth, margin optimization, and long-term financial sustainability. This executive will partner in the development and execution of business plans, establish operating targets, and ensure disciplined financial controls. The role also involves leading a regional team, championing continuous improvement, and driving a performance culture that balances growth with member value and brand integrity.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and 8-14+ years of progressive leadership experience in relevant sectors. The role requires a proven track record in leading large teams with full P&L responsibility, driving financial performance, and delivering elevated member experiences. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership presence, executive communication skills, and emotional intelligence, as well as strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities. The SVP will be expected to travel extensively and must be an effective relationship builder with clients and corporate functions. Responsibilities also include talent development, performance management, and succession planning for the social club organization.
