Job Description At Transworld Business Advisors, we help business owners successfully transition their businesses while supporting entrepreneurs in building their own franchise locations. Our marketing team plays a critical role in both. As we continue to grow, so does our need for highly motivated individuals to join our team. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who can bring our brand to life through content and campaigns that actually drive results. This is more than just a production role—you’ll play a key part in how we communicate, generate leads, and support franchise growth across the country. If you’re someone who enjoys writing, building campaigns, and thinking strategically about how marketing drives business , this is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a globally expanding industry.
Responsibilities Create and manage content across social media, email, website, and campaigns
Write compelling, on-brand messaging that drives engagement and leads
Support and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Own and manage the content calendar
Turn podcasts, videos, and testimonials into high-performing content
Support franchisees with marketing tools, content, and guidance
Collaborate on events, partnerships, and promotional initiatives
Track performance and continuously improve content and campaign results
Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in marketing, content, or a related role
Strong writing and communication skills (this is a content-heavy role)
Experience with social media, email marketing, and content platforms
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
Confident communicator—comfortable working with franchisees and presenting when needed
Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
Bonus: experience in franchise, B2B, or multi-location brands
