As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner. This valued team member: Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email Providing product information and guidance to customers Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly Maintaining accurate customer records Processes orders from initial order entry until delivery which includes working with shipping and production.
