Performance Analyst

We’re looking for a
Performance Analyst
to join our team. This role supports operational efficiency by analyzing driver performance data, identifying trends, and helping drive continuous improvement across the business.
What You’ll Do
Build, maintain, and distribute performance reports
Analyze daily driver performance and identify trends and opportunities
Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot/report inconsistencies
Partner with Operations Managers to share insights and recommend improvements
Support process and productivity enhancements
Assist with presentations, reporting, and special projects
What You’ll Bring
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Requirements
Must live within 60 miles of Houston, TX and be able to work in‑office
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
Preferred
Experience in transportation or logistics (fuel industry a plus)
Familiarity with Samsara or similar fleet management systems
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)
