A high-growth, global entertainment platform is seeking a senior commercial leader to own and scale revenue within the toy category. Sitting at the intersection of content, media, and brand partnerships, this role will leverage a powerful portfolio of IP and a massive digital audience to drive strategic, revenue-generating partnerships.
This is a high-visibility, builder-style role for someone who can shape go-to-market strategy while personally driving deals and long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
Own and deliver revenue growth across the toy category
Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and build a strong pipeline
Establish and grow senior client relationships within toy and consumer brands
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from outreach through deal structuring and close
Position content, audience, and platform capabilities into compelling partner solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of programs
Act as the internal voice of the category, bringing industry and market insights
Skills & Experience
7+ years in digital media sales, partnerships, or revenue-driving roles
Strong relationships within toy or consumer product companies
Proven ability to build pipeline and close high-value, multi-platform deals
Deep understanding of digital media, content, and integrated partnerships
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, builder mindset
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Individual contributor role with high ownership
New York based with in-office expectations
