We're looking for a Junior Account Executive who is motivated, coachable, and ready to learn the fundamentals of professional sales.

What You'll Do

As a Junior Account Executive, you'll work directly alongside our sales team, learning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to building client relationships and closing business. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one.

• Learn and execute B2B sales and client acquisition strategies
• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
• Build relationships with decision-makers and manage accounts
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Represent Evolve Seattle professionally in the field

What We're Looking For

• 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any client-facing role
• Strong communicator who is comfortable talking to new people
• Self-motivated and open to feedback and coaching
• Goal-oriented with a competitive edge
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
