Packaging Associate

We are currently looking to add a Packaging Associate to our team in St. Cloud, MN. This position plays an important role in delivering high-quality biological products that support laboratories and healthcare organizations around the world. As part of the Packaging team, you will help ensure products are accurately prepared, labeled, and packaged to meet Microbiologics' quality and compliance standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork are essential. About Microbiologics

Package molecular, enumerated, and clinical product lines in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. Prepare and pre-assemble materials to support packaging operations and workflow efficiency. Verify labels and ensure accuracy and accountability for all work orders. Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure product integrity and compliance. Operate packaging and automation equipment safely and effectively. Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, maintenance, and verification activities. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to meet production goals and timelines. What We Are Looking For: Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided Ability to work in a laboratory/production environment and follow safety protocols Values & Mindset
