Account Services Representative Opening in Oceanside!
Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM | 100% Onsite Pay: $17.50$19.00/hr DOE (flexible within range) Position Summary: We're hiring an Account Services Representative to support day-to-day customer account servicing and clerical operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and comfort working across email/fax/mail workflows in a fast-paced office environment. Essential Responsibilities Respond to consumer debt verification requests Identify, scan, and document bankruptcy notices Update and maintain consumer account information Provide account information to customers as needed Distribute incoming consumer emails, faxes, and payment notices Perform skip tracing activities Provide backup coverage for the receptionist (as needed) Process outgoing company mail Retrieve and drop off mail at the post office Assist with daily/weekly/monthly reporting for various departments Review correspondence, determine proper handling, and initiate responses Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Clerical/administrative assistant experience (preferred) Reception/phone experience (highly desirable) #MS-CBADMIN
