Senior Billing Specialist
to join the team. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle billing, including preparation, editing, and submission of invoices in accordance with client guidelines. Collaborate with attorneys and practice groups to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely billing. Process electronic billing (eBilling) through various client platforms and troubleshoot rejections. Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding receivables, and support collections efforts. Maintain accurate billing records, rate setups, and matter-specific requirements. Assist with special projects, billing audits, and process improvements as needed. Qualifications Bachelors degree required
(Finance, Accounting, Business, or related preferred). 4+ years of
law firm billing experience
required. Proficiency in
Aderant
or
Elite 3E
billing systems. Strong understanding of eBilling platforms
