We’re looking for a passionate and talented Junior Motion Graphic Designer who blends traditional design craft with cutting-edge AI-powered tools to produce captivating visual stories. Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animated content, and video assets for digital campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling. Create 2D/3D animations, kinetic typography, and explainer videos aligned with brand guidelines. Assist in end-to-end video production including pre-production planning, on-set videography, and post-production editing. Leverage AI-powered tools (including Google Veo, Midjourney, Sora, Kling, and others) to rapidly concept, ideate, and produce visual content. Collaborate with the creative team on pitches, storyboards, and visual scripts. Optimise and repurpose content for multiple platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, TVC, etc.) Stay current with motion design trends, AI developments, and emerging creative technologies. Manage and organise project assets, files, and deliverables within set timelines and deadlines. Requirements & Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics design and/or video production. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film, Visual Communication, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, transitions, and visual storytelling. Practical experience with AI creative tools: Google Veo 3.1, Midjourney, Sora, Kling, and similar platforms. Competency in videography, operating cameras, lighting basics, and on-location shoots. Experience with colour grading and audio-visual synchronisation. Strong attention to detail and an eye for composition, colour, and typography. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. A portfolio demonstrating diverse motion design and video work (required at application). Nice to Have Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation software. Knowledge of UI/UX motion for digital products or apps. Prior agency or production house experience. Familiarity with prompt engineering for AI video and image tools. Experience producing content for social media advertising campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe products, Canva, Figma, Adobe XD is considered a distinct added advantage, the ability to bridge static design and motion will set you apart.
