
Appointment Setter / Inside Sales

Make outbound calls from our database to local prospects and schedule qualified appointments for the Sales Representative.
Qualify prospects using company standards (size, scope, and fit) before scheduling and ensure all appointments are confirmed.
Add new qualified prospects into the CRM from referrals and collected contacts.
Maintain a clean, organized, and up to date CRM with accurate details.
Track all calls and outcomes in real time, follow our sales workflows, and submit weekly metrics.
Send follow up materials to prospects and route inbound calls appropriately to support the sales process.
Requirements Who we are looking for
Comfortable speaking on the phone with warm and respectful communication.
Persistent yet kind, organized, and able to follow a simple calling process.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn and use our CRM system.
Hours and compensation
20–24 hours per week, scheduled flexibly between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, to fit around schedules.
$20–25 per hour base pay, depending on experience, plus commissions for converted leads.
