
Marketing Specialist (Digital & Design)

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a small, growing team within the healthcare / education and professional services space. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role ideal for someone who enjoys blending digital marketing, website management, and creative design work. This position collaborates closely with marketing leadership, web partners, and sales teams to support day‑to‑day marketing initiatives and ensure consistent, professional brand execution.
Duties:
Manage and update WordPress websites, including landing pages, microsites, and e‑commerce promotions using tools like Elementor
Coordinate with external web partners to implement updates and enhancements
Ensure website content, visuals, and functionality are accurate, user‑friendly, and on‑brand while improving overall usability
Design digital and print marketing materials, including sales collateral, downloadable assets, email graphics, ads, and event signage
Maintain consistent, high‑quality brand execution across all marketing channels
Partner with the Marketing Manager on campaign execution, trade show support, and digital initiatives
Support marketing and sales teams with ongoing creative and digital needs
Assist with the rollout and use of AI‑assisted marketing tools
Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, design, or a related role
Strong hands‑on experience with WordPress (Elementor preferred; WooCommerce a plus)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
Portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work - interest in working with AI‑driven marketing tools
Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, education, financial, SaaS, or government) is a plus
Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 annually
Employment Type: Contract‑to‑Hire (with intention to convert to permanent)
