Job Overview We are seekinga motivated and hardworking individual to join our team at Bish’s RV as a Lot Porter.This roleisresponsiblefortransporting RV units within the dealershipsas well asmaintainingthe cleanliness of the lot.
Key Objectives
Ensuretimelyand safe movementof RVs across the lot for sales, service, and delivery needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of dealership grounds
Responsibilities
Move and parkRVs,trailers,and motorhomes as directed
Assistwith staging andprepping units for delivery or pickup
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lot, inventory units, and display areas
Deliver and retrieveRVs for service, detail, or sales
Assistwith snow removal and otherweather-related upkeep
Followall safety protocols whenmoving RVs
Whatyou’llbring
Reliable and self-motivated witha strong work ethic
Prior forklift experiencepreferred but not necessary
Comfortable operatingand maneuvering RVs,trailers,and largevehicles(trainingprovided)
Able to work in all weather conditions
Ability to pass a background and drug test
Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
Expected Results
RVs are moved safely and on schedule to meet internal deadlines
Lotremainsclean, organized, and visually appealingfor customers
Sales and serviceoperations are supported through efficient lot movement
Unit damage is avoided through careful handling and attention to detail
Resources
On-the-job training for RV movement and dealershipprocedures
Safety equipmentand uniforms provided
Support from managers, sales, and service teams
Opportunity to grow within the dealership operations or service roles
