Role Description We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to drive high-ROI campaigns that generate qualified leads, bookings, and revenue for our event ticketing platform. In this remote role, you'll own paid acquisition strategies across digital channels, optimize for key metrics like ROAS and CPA, and scale growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) focused on performance outcomes such as clicks, conversions, and sales.

Manage budgets, bid strategies, and A/B testing to maximize ROAS while minimizing CAC.

Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel; generate weekly reports on KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, LTV).

Execute lead generation tactics including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and landing page optimization.

Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align campaigns with event launches and business goals.

Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, iOS tracking), and attribution modeling.

Qualifications

Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.

Strong data-driven mindset: Proficiency in Excel/SQL for analysis and reporting; familiarity with attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).

Track record of hitting targets (e.g., 3x ROAS, sub-$20 CPA) in SaaS, e-commerce, or event/ticketing industries preferred.

Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration across time zones.

Bonus: Experience with event tech, Shopify/WordPress integrations, or tools like Zapier/Resend for automation.
