Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a CRM Analytics Analyst. Job Summary: The Analyst will play a key role in building our internal digital marketing data infrastructure. This individual will be integral in managing our procedures, schemas, documentation and pipelines to ensure reporting is timely and accurate. The candidate will need to be a thought leader in this space and look for ways to optimize and improve existing processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain current data infrastructure (40%)
Develop new data infrastructure/custom dimensions/calculated metrics (60%)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in quantitative or Computer Science field
Experience in architecting and managing a data warehouse
Familiarity with setting up and scheduling procedures
Familiarity with Google Analytics/Meta Ads/Google Ads/Microsoft Ads data
Strong PC Skills (MS Office)
Advanced knowledge of SQL
Basic Python knowledge
Significant experience with data warehouses - Snowflake, BigQuery
Experience with data engineering and architecture in a large warehouse environment
Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
