About the role ABOUT THE ROLE : Serve as Blu Dot\'s in-market expert for commercial and contract clients. Build relationships, educate specifiers, and grow opportunities across hospitality, multi-family, workplace, dealer, and procurement channels. Deliver a highly consultative sales experience, manage project timelines, and support Market Development Managers and the Minneapolis contract team with best-in-class communication and coordination.

What You Will Do Prospect, grow, and manage commercial relationships including contract dealers, procurement agencies, hospitality groups, corporate end-users, educational intuitions, and developers.
Partner with your Store Manager and Market Development Manager to conduct in-store and in-field presentations, lunch and learns, and product demos
Provide consultative, technical product support including finishes, BIFMA requirements, and commercial capabilities
Oversee orders from quoting through installation and post-sale follow up
Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline records, and communication logs
Communicate professionally and consistently, reflecting Blu Dot brand standards
Support Market Development Managers with local activation and outreach
Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and general cleanliness of showroom
Assist in seasonal floor change, including light furniture assembly and some lifting
Availability to work weekends based on the needs of the business
Ability to stand for long periods during shifts and occasional reaching, crouching, or lifting up to 50 lbs.
