
Business Development Executive

Overview We’re working with a global leader in navigation and autonomy technology, recently backed by significant funding and scaling rapidly across the U.S. defense market. They’re hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth across key programs, working closely with primes, integrators, and DoD stakeholders.
Responsibilities Own the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to contract award
Develop and execute growth strategy across defense programs and prime contractors
Lead capture activities including pipeline development, proposals, and negotiations
Build strong relationships with DoD customers, primes, and OEMs
Position advanced navigation and autonomy solutions within complex system architectures
Qualifications Proven experience in end-to-end defense sales / business development
Technical sales background, ideally within navigation, sensors, or defense hardware
Experience selling into primes and government programs
Exposure to one or more verticals: land systems, aerospace, or uncrewed systems
Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes
Active security clearance or eligible to obtain one
