As a Business Development Associate, you'll be the first interaction homeowners have with our brand while generating real revenue and creating opportunities for both yourself and the company.
What You\'ll Do Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and start meaningful conversations
Identify interest in premium window and door improvement solutions
Set high-quality, in-home consultation appointments for the sales team
Track activity and results using provided tools (Tablet/iPad)
Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and a competitive spirit
What Success Looks Like Top performers consistently achieve:
10-25 conversations with homeowners per day
Understanding what qualifies as a high-quality appointment
Direct impact on team revenue and your personal earnings
Compensation Base pay: $20/hour
Bi-weekly performance bonuses tied to appointments & revenue
Realistic first-year earnings: $45K–$70K+
Top performers can exceed $70K–$80K+ annually

What We Are Looking For Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
Comfortable walking neighborhoods for several hours per day
Basic technology skills (tablet/scheduling tools)
Reliable, consistent, and accountable
Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
Schedule Full-time or Part-time available
4-5 days a week with one weekend day required
Seasonal hours (depending on daylight hours):
Spring/Summer: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Fall/Winter: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
