Parts Counter

The Parts Counter person plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting retail sales at our auto parts department. This position is responsible for assisting customers with parts selection, processing sales, and maintaining accurate inventory both in storage and on the sales floor.

Manage the parts sales process from start to finish

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts

Collaborate with the Parts Manager to source out-of-stock items

Process special orders and follow up with customers on order status

Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and team members

Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock organization

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous auto parts sales experience (preferred)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
