Essential Functions
- Memorize and confidently deliver approved scripts and statements
- Attend local events to introduce Empire Home Remodeling products to potential and existing customers
- Gather contact information from leads for follow-up
- Answer questions and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
- Work a flexible schedule, including early evenings and weekends
- Travel within a regional territory established by Empire Home Remodeling
- Great Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and confident in one-on-one conversations
- Driven: Strong work ethic and a self-starter mentality
- People-Focused: Outgoing, personable, and able to build rapport quickly
- Team-Oriented: Thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
- $15 - $20 per hour + incentives
- High performers can earn upwards of $50 per hour when hitting incentive goals
