Transactional Real Estate Associate

We are partnering with a highly respected NYC midsize firma strong BigLaw alternativeseeking a Transactional Real Estate Associate.

The ideal candidate is:

• 4th or 5th year level
• Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions transactions
• 1800 billable requirement
• 4 days in office
• Licensed in NY

The team is notably collaborative and close-knit, with a significant number of former BigLaw attorneys who made the move for long-term growth, meaningful responsibility, and a more sustainable pace. The firm operates on an 1,800-hour billable model with four days in the office. This is an unposted opportunity and a competitive search that we are handling exclusively with the firm.
