Personal Lines Account Manager

Are you a Personal Lines professional who enjoys building relationships, managing a book of business, and helping clients truly understand their coverage?

R&R Insurance is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role where you'll manage your own book of business, support renewals, and serve as a trusted resource for clients navigating their insurance needs.

You'll play a key role in delivering the high-touch service experience R&R is known for while continuing to grow your technical expertise and industry knowledge.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and service a personal lines book of business, building strong client relationships
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, coverage reviews, and policy changes
  • Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and applications with carrier partners
  • Review policies with clients and proactively identify coverage gaps or additional needs
  • Support the renewal process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client goals
  • Quote new business and remarket accounts as needed
  • Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal team members to deliver solutions
  • Maintain strong organization and follow-through across tasks and client requests

What You'll Bring

  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
  • Experience: 3+ years of insurance agency or carrier experience, ideally in personal lines and a client-facing role
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with agency management systems (AMS360, EPIC, etc.) is a plus
  • Communication: Clear, professional communication with strong client-facing presence
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Problem Solving: Comfortable navigating client needs, resolving issues, and knowing when to leverage additional resources
  • Team Mindset: Collaborative approach with a willingness to support team success
