Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships & build trust
- Assist in selecting vehicles by asking questions and actively listening to ensure proper product selection
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the features of the product offerings, optional packages, & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Follow-up with buyers to secure the sale and ask for referral business
- Learn to overcome objections/stalls and thrive in sales closing situations
- Solution minded with the ability to be in a leadership role
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day
- Achieve high Customer Satisfaction scores from Manufacturer surveys

Qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays (Mon-Fri 8-6 and Saturdays 8-5)
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product features
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers and teammates
