Membership Renewal Specialist
Compensation: $16/hr Shift/Working Hours: Full-Time. Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. About the Role
PrideStaff is partnering with a dedicated organization to find a Membership Renewal Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences. This goal-driven role involves high-touch, concierge-level service, ensuring members stay connected and engaged with the organization's valuable programs through both inbound and outbound communication. What You Will Do
Act as the primary point of contact, offering concierge-level support to members. Proactively reach out to current members to facilitate smooth account renewals. Answer program-related questions with clarity and expertise. Focus on retaining active accounts and processing annual membership fees. Maintain accurate and updated member account records. Consistently strive to deliver the best possible customer service experience. What You Will Bring
Strong communication and relationship-building customer service skills. Proven ability to manage time, organize tasks, and successfully multi-task. Dependability and the ability to work effectively and independently. Comfortable using basic computer systems and performing internet research.
