$19.50 per hour Shift: Varying Shift | 7 AM

4 PM / 10 AM

7 PM / 8 AM

You'll Rock This Job If You: An associate's degree (bachelor's degree preferred). 2+ years of relevant customer service experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably within a rental environment. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Proven customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions. Acute attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Ability to self-direct and self-manage. Willingness to learn all aspects of the business. Responsibilities: Perform administrative office tasks. Manage documents with accuracy. Provide excellent customer service. AR/AP tasks. Ad hoc duties. Remain highly organized in a fast-paced work environment.
